We are immediately seeking a Driver Trainer (m/f/d) in full-time employment, including shift work, to support our team.

Help shape the future of dangerous goods transport with us! In this key role, you will train our professional drivers to ensure they operate safely, efficiently, and in an environmentally responsible manner. As a Driver Trainer (m/f/d), you play an important role in the ongoing training and safety of our professional drivers and actively contribute to optimizing our hazardous goods transport operations.

Your mission

  • Induction and training of new drivers in the safe handling of our equipment
  • Accompanying drivers on routes, training them in economical driving and compliance with safety regulations
  • Conducting safety training sessions (ADR, occupational health and safety regulations)
  • Training on social regulations, driving and rest times
  • Vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Documentation of training sessions and courses
  • Process optimization through exchange with drivers

Your profile

  • Experience as a professional driver (m/f/d), driving license CE, ADR certificate
  • Experience with tanker vehicles & dangerous goods transport
  • Polish language skills as well as good English or German skills
  • High willingness to travel (training sessions throughout Germany)
  • Knowledge of legal regulations (ADR, occupational health and safety regulations)
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility
